One Scholarship Offered Twice Annually:
Winter Semester Scholarship:
- Submission Deadline: February 28
- Winner Announced: March 31
Summer Semester Scholarship:
- Submission Deadline: July 31st
- Winner Announced: August 31st
Scholarship Amount: $1000
To participate in this scholarship, students must submit a 5-minute video on the following topic:
How does home remodeling compare to home relocation in terms of financial gain and personal satisfaction?
Eligibility
- All applicants must be enrolled, or currently enrolling, as a full-time student at an accredited college or university. Enrollment must occur for their applied semester to receive the scholarship.
- Students must be enrolled in a course related to home remodeling i.e. Interior design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture etc. Vocational courses related to Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry also accepted.
- No minimum GPA is required.
- All domestic, international, and undocumented students are eligible to make a submission.
Required Application Details
- Applicants must provide proof of enrollment from an accredited college or university. We accept the following: A transcript, tuition receipt, or acceptance letter.
- Information used during your presentation should be accurate and from reliable sources. Please provide a references page citing your sources.
Incomplete details and duplicate submissions will automatically disqualify the entry.
What the ParagonRemodeling Team are looking for
- Students should be passionate about their chosen field of study.
- Students should be charismatic, as well as informative in their video presentation.
- Use audio and visual elements to support your explanations, improving presentation quality.
- The video presentation style is entirely up to the individual – be as creative as you like!

Additional Scholarship Details
- Our panel of judges from the Paragon Remodeling team will choose the winning candidate.
- All questions regarding the Paragon Remodeling Scholarship can be submitted to steve@Paragonremodeling.com
- Scholarship funds awarded to the winning applicant will be sent via PayPal. Funds given are to aid in qualified college expenses for the current academic year (including tuition, books, fees, and on-campus room and board.)
- Scholarships are available annually and are non-renewable.
Privacy Policy
Student essay submission automatically grants Paragon Remodeling permission to post the applicant’s name, school, photo (if provided), and video essay on ParagonRemodeling.com, and other marketing communications. We will also be permitted to send information regarding your application.
All information that pertains to the student will be removed if requested. Any sensitive information that the applicant may have will be erased once the winner is announced.
Student application emails will not be utilized in any way for marketing purposes.
User Communications
Paragon Remodeling representatives who communicate via email to applicants may retain communications to process or respond to your inquiries concerning the scholarship. Our team will not knowingly rent, share, sell or transfer information other than the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
The winning candidate will be informed directly and will be announced and posted on the scholarship page.
Terms & Conditions
Video essays submitted to Paragon Remodeling must be the original work of the student. Only a single application may be entered per student, for the entire year. More than one entry given will be immediately disqualified.
Scholarships provided by Paragon Remodeling are non-renewable. A student submitting photos and videos to Paragon’s ‘Relocate or Remodel’ Scholarship states all information provided is complete, original and accurate.
Student’s submitting an application grants Paragon Remodeling, it’s agents and/or representatives permission to:
- Announce the candidate’s name, photo, video essay and amount given in, which will be posted on newsletters and social media.
- Post the winner’s video on www.ParagonRemodeling.com, along with their name, college or university.
- Provide information via email to the student regarding their application.
- Notify the winning student by email, whereby an announcement will be made publicly on social media pages created by ParagonRemodeling.
